Exercise

Raw food is one key piece to the puzzle of optimal health and total positivity. Another very important piece is exercise. Exercise can improve the quality of your life in many ways.

One muscle that you absolutely must keep in mind is the heart. Your heart is what makes you tick. Keep it strong and you will be strong. To work out your heart, do endurance exercises. These include running, swimming, biking, cross-sountry skiing, or even just walking. Do endurance exercises! Do them do them do them! I’m telling you, these exercises are imperative for maintaining all-day energy and increasing personal power for all of life’s activities.

If you want to tone your upper body, get on the floor and do pushups and ab exercises. You can find countless variations of both of these all over the internet. Just youtube it.

If it’s size you want for your muscles, get out the free weights or hit the machines at the gym. Make sure to do a variety of movements that cover different muscle groups.
